Will Abbie answer calls after hours?

Yes. Abbie answers calls 24/7, including evenings, weekends and public holidays ensuring you never miss an enquiry.

Does Abbie replace my phone or staff?

No. Abbie acts as a receptionist, answering calls you would otherwise miss. You can choose to use her alongside your existing phone system or staff or in place of your current setup. Abbie is especially useful if you don't have staff as she takes on that role at a fraction of the cost.

How does the Voice AI Receptionist work?

Our Voice AI receptionist (Abbie) answers calls 24/7 using a natural Australian voice. Abbie greets callers, captures their name, reason for calling, location and can book jobs directly into your calendar. How does Abbie's Phone Number Work?

Abbie comes with her own dedicated phone number, which is included in your plan at no extra cost.

How does the custom demo work?

You'll receive a temporary demo phone number to call and test. The demo is customised to your business but does not affect your existing phone system so you can call and test as many times as you like.

Are there any Setup Fees?

The standard setup fee is $499, however this fee is currently waived during our launch period, so new businesses can get started with no setup cost.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long term contracts. You can cancel at any time and Abbie will be removed the day your next payment is due.
